Luckily, though, the homes in Cave Creek are only about 20 minutes outside of Phoenix. So, you won't have to travel far to have access to all of the amenities and luxuries that you're used to. We think Cave Creek offers the best of both worlds!
2. Live here, and you'll be one of the lucky few
There aren't as many homes for sale in Cave Creek as there are in other Phoenix suburbs. That's because there simply aren't as many homes here, period! Only about 4,000 people call this town home, and Cave Creek takes up less than 29 square miles.
