Katie Emmons

Katie Emmons is a Realtor with the Loving Phoenix Team at Real Broker, working with buyers and sellers across the entire Phoenix metro. She has been in real estate since 2007, starting in escrow, then moving into mortgage, and now working as an agent. That arc gives her a perspective most agents do not have: she understands what is happening in title, what underwriters are actually looking at, and where deals tend to stumble in the closing process.

Katie is an Arizona native and has lived all over the Valley. She knows these neighborhoods firsthand, not just from showings, and she knows them through every season, including the part of the year when other people show up wondering how anyone lives here. She loves Arizona, and that comes through when she's helping people choose where to land.

Communication is a big deal for Katie. She believes clients deserve to know what is happening, when it is happening, and why it matters. Outside of work, Katie's hands are full in the best way. She and her husband have five kids and three dogs, and somewhere in there she finds time for karaoke and reading.
