Who We Are
A team of full-time agents working across the Phoenix metro, with a leader who has been in this market for more than 20 years.
The Loving Phoenix Team is a group of full-time real estate agents at Real Broker, based out of Glendale and serving buyers and sellers across the entire Phoenix metro. Cheryl Benjamin leads the team. She has been a licensed Realtor in Arizona for over 20 years, and she has built the team around a simple idea: clients deserve straight answers, real expertise, and someone who actually returns their calls.
Every agent on this team works full time. That matters because real estate is not a hobby. The market changes weekly, contracts change yearly, and the difference between a good outcome and a frustrating one usually comes down to whether your agent is paying attention. We are.
The team works across the West Valley, North Phoenix, the East Valley, and everywhere in between. We help relocation buyers, first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, active adult and 55+ buyers, families looking at multigenerational homes, and sellers preparing to list. Every situation has its own considerations, and the right approach looks different in each. The throughline is the same on all of them: clients should feel informed, never pressured.
