Roy Rendon

Roy Rendon is a Realtor with the Loving Phoenix Team at Real Broker, working with buyers and sellers across the entire Phoenix metro. Born and raised in Venezuela, Roy lived in Chicago for 16 years before moving to Arizona in 2009. That international and cross-country background gives him a useful perspective with relocation buyers, who are often navigating the same kind of move he made himself.

Before real estate, Roy spent 17 years in finance. That experience matters in a transaction where the numbers, contingencies, and financing details can quickly overwhelm a first-time buyer or even a seasoned one. Roy is comfortable with the math, the contracts, and the small details that determine whether a deal actually pencils out, and he is good at translating all of it into plain English for his clients.

His wife Lindsey is the director of sales at El Chorro, the well-known restaurant and wedding venue in Paradise Valley, and they have two daughters who keep things interesting.
