The Endeavor is an Encore Collection plan at Sun City Festival in Buckeye: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2.5 baths, and 2,441 square feet with a 2 car garage and a storage area.

The foyer opens to a dining room on one side and the great room straight ahead, which leads to the covered patio. The kitchen has an island and a large breakfast nook at the back corner. The primary suite is at the opposite back corner, and its bath is drawn with a separate tub and shower. A powder room is off the hall. The den is in the middle of the home, and the second bedroom is at the front as a suite with its own bath and walk-in closet.

Two things set the Endeavor apart from the smaller Encore plans. The second bedroom is a real suite, which matters when a guest stays for weeks. And the powder room means day visitors do not use either bedroom bath. Del Webb is still building at Sun City Festival. If a new home is what you have in mind, talk to me before you visit the sales office. The person who greets you there works for the builder, and builders generally will not recognize an agent added after your first visit. Del Webb changes its lineup, so ask me whether this plan is offered new right now.

The Serenity at 2,321 square feet is the next size down. The Journey at 2,529 square feet adds a courtyard entry and a cart garage.
