The Veranda is the three bedroom plan at Sun City Festival in Buckeye: 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2.5 baths, and 2,450 square feet. This page shows the Premier Collection version with a 2 car garage.

The great room is at the back of the home with the dining area beside it and the covered patio off the back. The primary bedroom is at one back corner, with a bath that shows a separate tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a bath with two sinks. The kitchen has an island, and the breakfast nook is at the front of the home. The den is beside the foyer, and there is a powder room near the kitchen.

Of the Sun City Festival sheets I have, the Veranda is the only plan with three standard bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms are on the far side of the home from the primary bedroom, and the den gives you an office on top of that. This is one of the earlier Sun City Festival plans, so you will usually find it as a resale. The same floor plan was also built with a three car garage, so confirm which one a listing is before you compare it to another Veranda.
