Briarwood Floor Plan at Sun City Grand

Thinking about the Briarwood?

The Briarwood is an Estate Series plan at Sun City Grand in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths and a powder room, and 2,959 square feet with an oversized garage and cart storage. It combines a living room, a nook, and an Arizona room, giving you a mix of formal and casual living spaces.

The Briarwood offers a den off the entry, a large Arizona room, and a nook by the kitchen. The primary suite is generous with a large bath, and the second bedroom sits on the opposite side of the home for privacy. The oversized garage is a plus for buyers who want extra storage or workshop space.

Sun City Grand is fully built out, so the Briarwood comes to market as a resale rather than new construction. That actually works in your favor as a buyer, because you can see the actual home, the actual lot, and the actual condition rather than buying off a rendering. What moves the price on a plan like this is lot position, view, how much the home has been updated, and whether it backs to green space or a street. A floor plan tells you how the home is laid out. It does not tell you what it costs to own or whether a particular listing is priced right. That is the part I walk clients through before they get attached to a specific home.

The Briarwood is one of the larger Estate plans. Compare it to the similarly sized Windsor, Kensington, and Mesquite.
