The Garden Villas are the most compact and lowest-maintenance plans in the community, and the Cedar is a good fit for a buyer who wants simplicity and a lock-and-leave lifestyle.

The Cedar centers on a great room that opens to the kitchen and nook, with the primary suite on one side and a den that works as a home office, hobby room, or occasional guest space. It is a single-level plan with an attached 2 car garage, which is not a given in villa-style homes.
