The Crest is a 1,985 square foot Lennar plan at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye. Four builders worked in Victory, so you will find Lennar plans alongside Maracay, TW Lewis, and Standard Pacific.
Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. New construction can be great, but builder contracts are a little different, and Arizona builders want your agent registered with you on that first visit. Adding one later usually doesn't count. If you're weighing a resale Crest against building new, call me before you visit a sales office.
Two Crests can sell for very different numbers depending on lot, view, and how much updating has been done. If you want to know what the last few sold for, I can pull that.
