The Trendsetter is Maracay Homes Plan 4155 at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2.5 baths, and about 2,620 square feet with a three car tandem garage. It is the largest Maracay plan on this site.

The great room and a kitchen with an island are at the back, with a hearth room beside them and a covered patio beyond. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with a tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. A formal dining room is at the front by the foyer, and the den is off the hall. Bedroom 2 is at the front with its own bath, and there is a powder room nearby. A large pantry and storage room sits behind the kitchen.

The hearth room gives you a second sitting area next to the kitchen. The tandem garage is drawn about 36 feet deep, so the third space is behind one of the others. That suits a golf cart or a workshop more than a third daily driver. The builder notes that all square footage is approximate.

This plan now comes to market as a resale. Maracay now builds as Tri Pointe Homes, so a listing may show either name. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.

Compare it to the Traveler at about 2,530 square feet is the next size down, and the Success is the smallest TW Lewis plan, with three bedrooms.
