Plan 3570 Floor Plan by Standard Pacific at Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ

Thinking about Plan 3570?
Plan 3570 is the smallest Standard Pacific plan at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,540 square feet with a two car garage.
The great room and dining area share one open space with the kitchen, which has an island. A covered patio sits off the great room. The primary bedroom is at the back with a walk-in closet, two sinks, and a shower. A small home management desk area is in the hall. Bedroom 2 is at the front with the second bath and the laundry beside it, and a long covered porch runs along the front entry.
The sheet lists an optional fireplace, a 12 foot sliding glass door to the patio, and an extended porch on corner lots, so homes on this plan vary. The primary bath has a shower and no tub.
This plan now comes to market as a resale. Standard Pacific later merged into CalAtlantic Homes, which Lennar bought, so a listing may show any of those names. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.
Compare it to Plan 3572 at about 1,590 square feet adds an office, and Plan 3571 is this same first floor with a second story added.
