Fruition Floor Plan by TW Lewis at Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ

Thinking about the Fruition?
The Fruition is a TW Lewis plan at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye: 3 bedrooms plus a study, 3.5 baths, and about 3,380 square feet with a three car tandem garage.
A courtyard about 19 by 14 sits in the middle of the home, with the hall curving around it. The family room is behind it, about 22 by 23, and opens to a covered patio. The dining room and a kitchen with a curved island are at the back corner. The owner's retreat is at the opposite back corner with two walk-in closets, a tub, and a separate shower. The study and Bedroom 2 are along one side, and Bedroom 3 is at the front with its own bath and walk-in closet. A powder room is near the garage.
The center courtyard brings daylight into the middle of a large home. Bedroom 3 is 19 feet long, big enough for a sitting area. The sheet lists optional beams, a fireplace, a wet bar, and outdoor living space. On a home this size, ask for a year of utility bills.
This plan now comes to market as a resale. Listings may call the builder TW Lewis or David Weekley. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.
Compare it to the Serendipity at about 3,180 square feet has a front courtyard, and the Prosperity is the largest plan.
