A formal living room and dining room are at the front, each with a bay. The kitchen has an island and opens to a nook and an Arizona room with a fireplace, which lead to a covered patio. A wet bar sits off the dining room. The primary suite is at the back with a bay, an oval tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has its own walk-in closet. The den sits between the kitchen and the bedroom hall. Ceilings are vaulted.

This is one of the largest plans in the community. The sheet offers the living room as a sunken room, so look for a step at the entry if steps are a concern for you. The den has an optional closet, which is how it becomes a third bedroom. The three car garage has storage across the back.
