The Medina 2132 is a Premiere Series plan at PebbleCreek in Goodyear, 2,132 square feet. The sheet above is Robson's own drawing, including the optional configurations that were on offer when these were being built. Other Premiere Series plans built here include Mirador 2366 and Sonata 2541.

You will notice I have not listed a bedroom and bath count here. Robson's drawing for this plan does not print one, and I would rather tell you nothing than tell you wrong. Homes built on the same plan also differ, because the den, the guest space and the garage were all option decisions the original buyer made. If you want the real numbers on a specific home, call me and I will pull the county record and the listing history for that address.

This plan was built at PebbleCreek over the years, so you will usually find it as a resale rather than new construction. If building new is what you have in mind, talk to me before you visit the sales office. The person who greets you there is licensed and good at their job, but they work for the builder, and their job is to sell you a Robson home. Mine is to tell you whether that is the right move for you. Robson requires your agent to be with you and complete a broker registration agreement on that first visit, and builders generally will not recognize an agent added afterward. Bring me along and you keep someone in the room who reads the builder contract on your behalf, knows what is worth asking about on lot premium and upgrades, and will say so plainly when a resale of this same plan is the better buy.
