PebbleCreek Floor Plans
Robson plan sheets I have collected for PebbleCreek, with bedroom counts, baths and livable square footage taken straight off them.

Robson has built a great many floor plans at PebbleCreek over the decades, and I have collected the builder sheets for 57 of them. Most are no longer offered as new construction, which means if you are shopping here you are almost certainly looking at a resale of a plan the builder retired some time ago. Robson does not publish those. This page does. Once you know which plan you are looking at, the next step is current PebbleCreek homes for sale.
Everything below comes off Robson's own plan sheets. Where a sheet printed a bedroom and bath count, I have listed it. Where it did not, those columns are blank rather than filled in with a guess. That covers 39 of the 57. This is not every plan ever built here, and if you are looking at a home whose plan is not on this page, send me the address and I will track the sheet down.
One thing worth understanding before you start comparing. Robson frequently built the same footprint two ways, and gave the versions numbers one or two apart. The Augusta 1430 and 1432 are both 1,432 square feet: the first has two bedrooms plus a den, the second has two primary suites. Greenbriar 1630 and 1632, Heritage 1580 and 1582, Estancia 2420 and 2422, Fiesta 2050 and 2052, Madera 2190 and 2192, Diego 1810 and 1812, and Topaz 2110 and 2112 all work the same way. When two listings look identical on square footage but price differently, this is usually why.
The plan numbers also do not always match the square footage. Loma 1270 measures 1,272. Heritage 1580 measures 1,582. Sedona 1841 measures 1,848. That is Robson's naming, not an error in a listing.

Casita Series
The Casita plans are the smallest homes in this set, running 1,110 to 1,632 square feet. Notice the pairs: Augusta 1430 and 1432 are the same 1,432 square foot footprint, one with a bedroom and den, one with two primary suites. Greenbriar and Heritage do the same thing.

Estate Series
I have sheets for two Estate plans, and they are among the largest homes at PebbleCreek. Neither sheet prints a bedroom and bath count, so I have left those columns blank rather than guess.

Luxury Series
The Luxury group is where half baths start appearing, and it holds two of the three two story plans I have sheets for. Galleria 3410 at 3,408 square feet is the largest of them. Estancia 2440 is the only one here with a separate guest suite, which is the reason people go looking for it.

Premiere Series
The largest group in this set, and the most mixed. It holds a single story and a two story plan sharing the same name (Sedona 1841 and 2310), the only dual suite plan here with three baths (Diego 1812), and six plans whose sheets carry no printed spec line.

Tradition Series
Six plans, all on newer-format Robson sheets that show the drawing without a printed bedroom and bath summary. Square footage below comes from Robson's plan naming.

Villa Series
Four plans, and like the Tradition group their sheets do not print a bedroom and bath count. If you are considering one of these, call me and I will pull what the county record shows for the specific home.

What a floor plan will not tell you
Square footage and layout are the easy part. Two homes built on the same plan can sell for very different money depending on lot position, whether it backs a fairway or a wall, how the den was finished, and what the previous owner did or did not update. The mechanical systems matter too. A twenty year old home in this community may be on its second roof underlayment and its second air conditioner, or its first.
That is the part I walk clients through. If you have narrowed things down to two or three plans, or you want to know what is actually on the market in one of them right now, call or text me at 623-206-9936.
