Entertainer Floor Plan by Maracay Homes at Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ

Thinking about the Entertainer?
The Entertainer is Maracay Homes Plan 1155 at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and about 2,280 square feet with a two car garage.
This plan is built around outdoor space. A covered patio and a loggia sit behind the great room, and a courtyard opens beyond them. The den is in its own wing on the far side of the loggia, about 14 by 19, with its door opening to the loggia. The primary bedroom is in the opposite back wing with a tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. A formal dining room and Bedroom 2 with the second bath are at the front.
The den is reached by stepping outside under the loggia, so it works well as a studio, an office, or guest space, and less well as a room you use all day in July. The sheet shows optional coffered ceilings and a box bay window in the primary bedroom. The builder notes that all square footage is approximate.
This plan now comes to market as a resale. Maracay now builds as Tri Pointe Homes, so a listing may show either name. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.
Compare it to the Adventurer at about 2,350 square feet keeps the den inside the home, and the Traveler has a front courtyard.
