The Barbados is plan 102 at Westbrook Village in Peoria: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,363 square feet with a 2 car garage.

The living room is in the center and opens to a covered patio. The kitchen is at the back corner with a nook set in a bay, and the dining room is next to the entry. The primary bedroom, which the sheet calls the Owners' Retreat, is at the back with a walk-in closet, two sinks, and a shower. Bedroom 2 is in the middle of the home with its own walk-in closet, and the second bath and utility area are along the hall to the garage.

A walk-in closet in the second bedroom is unusual at this size, and it makes that room work for a long term guest. The front door is set on an angle off a side porch. My sheet for the Barbados is the same drawing as the Key Largo, with the same room sizes, so treat them as one layout. Every one is a resale, and condition will vary more than the floor plan does.

The Key Largo is the matching plan. For a little more room, look at the St Thomas at about 1,448 square feet.
