The Camelback was built in four versions at Westbrook Village in Peoria, and all four sheets are on this page. The 704 and 725-2 are 2 bedroom plans. The 705-3 and 725-3 add a den or bedroom plus a third bedroom. All have 2 baths and a 2 car garage, and published sizes run from about 1,730 to 1,880 square feet.

Every version shares the same core. An Arizona room and breakfast area are at the back next to the kitchen, the living room is in the center and opens to a covered patio, and a formal dining area is by the entry. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with a walk-in closet and a tub. The differences are at the front. The 2 bedroom versions have one large second bedroom there. The 3 bedroom versions split that space into a smaller den or bedroom and a third bedroom. The 725 versions are drawn with vaulted ceilings, and the 725-2 gives the second bath a shower and its own walk-in closet.

A listing that says only Camelback does not tell you which of the four you are looking at, so match the home to the drawing. In the 3 bedroom versions the middle room is about 11 by 10, which is tight for a bedroom and better as an office. The garage has a storage area across the back with an alternate washer and dryer location. Every Camelback is a resale.

The Squaw Peak Camelback 724 is a close relative at about 1,677 square feet. The Pinnacle Peak is the next step up in size.
