The Picacho is plan 720 at Westbrook Village in Peoria: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,355 square feet with a 2 car garage.

The living room is in the center and opens to a covered patio. The dining room is beside it, and the kitchen is at the back corner with a nook. The primary suite is at the other back corner with two sinks, a shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is at the front with the second bath in the hall, and the utility room is by the entry. The sheet shows vaulted ceilings.

This is a straightforward plan with no wasted space. Bay windows were an option in both the nook and the primary suite, and a garage extension was offered. The front door opens next to the garage door into the house, so the entry is compact. The primary bath is shower only. Every Picacho is a resale, and at this age I would ask when the air conditioning was last replaced.

The Papago at about 1,395 to 1,461 square feet adds an Arizona room. The Estrella at about 1,575 square feet adds a third bedroom or den.
