The Biltmore is a Resort Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,957 square feet with a two car garage. It is plan 9134 on the original builder sheets.

The Biltmore has a living room at the front of the home and a separate dining room beside the entry. Toward the back, a peninsula kitchen and breakfast area open to a large Arizona Room, which leads out to the covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with its bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom and the den are along the same side of the home. There is a workshop and golf cart space off the garage.

The option to know about on this plan is the double master suite. On three of the elevations, the builder offered a second primary bedroom with its own third bath. If a listing shows a Biltmore with three baths, that is likely why, and it is a different home from the standard plan. A third bedroom, a powder room, a garden tub, and a bay window at the primary bedroom were also offered. Arizona Traditions is built out, so you are buying a resale, so confirm the bedroom and bath count on the home itself.

The Ingleside at 1,829 square feet is the next size down with a similar feel. The Papago at 2,213 square feet is the next size up and trades the formal rooms for a great room.
