Papago Floor Plan at Arizona Traditions

Thinking about the Papago?
The Papago is a Resort Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2,213 square feet with a 2 car garage. It is plan 9137 on the original builder sheets. The highlights list 2 baths, and the drawing also shows a powder room off the entry.
You come in through a double door entry. The great room is in the middle of the home and opens to the covered patio, with the dining area and its bay window beside it and the kitchen along the same side. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with its bath and walk-in closet. The den is behind double doors off the hall. The second bedroom is at the front of the home and is large for a guest room, with the second bath and a walk-in closet right beside it. The builder sheet lists 10 foot ceilings.
The second bedroom is what I would point out on this plan. With its own bath and closet at the opposite end of the home from the primary suite, it works well for a long-term guest or a family member who stays for a season. The powder room means day visitors do not use either bedroom bath. Arizona Traditions is built out, so the Papago is a resale. Count the baths on the listing and confirm the powder room is there, since the builder sheet itself is not consistent on that point.
Compare the Papago to the Sonoran at 2,268 square feet, which has a kitchen island and a breakfast area, and the Biltmore at 1,957 square feet if you want a separate living room and dining room.
