The Coronado is a Neighborhood Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,704 square feet with a 2 car garage. It is plan 9027 on the original builder sheets.

The Coronado is built around one large great room. The kitchen, with an island, and the dining area are at the back of the home and open to the great room and the covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with its own bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is at the front of the home with the second bath beside it, which is what makes this a split plan. The den sits between them near the entry, behind double doors. The builder sheet shows vaulted ceilings in the main rooms and the primary suite.

This is the plan for buyers who want their living space in one open room and do not need a formal living room. The den with doors works well as an office, and a guest at the front of the home has real separation from the primary suite. Arizona Traditions is built out, so the Coronado comes to market as a resale. Lot position, how the kitchen and baths have been updated, and the age of the roof and air conditioning will move the price more than anything on this drawing. That is the part I walk clients through before they get attached to a specific home.
