The Willo is a Neighborhood Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,666 square feet. It is plan 9026 on the original builder sheets, and the sheet lists a two and a half car garage with a storage area.

The Willo has two living areas. A combined living and dining room sits at the front of the home by the entry. Behind it, the kitchen and breakfast area open to an Arizona Room at the back, which leads out to the covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with a large walk-in closet and its own bath. The second bedroom and the den are along the garage side of the home with the second bath close by. The builder sheet shows vaulted ceilings through the main rooms.

The question with the Willo is whether you will use the front living and dining room. Buyers who entertain or want a quiet room away from the television tend to like it. Others would rather have that square footage in one large great room. The extra half bay in the garage is useful if you keep a golf cart. The builder offered a third bedroom or a library in place of the den, an extended primary bedroom, and a fireplace, so these homes differ from one to the next. Arizona Traditions is built out, so you are buying a resale, and I would want to see the specific home before telling you what it is worth.
