Hermosa Floor Plan at Arizona Traditions

Hermosa floor plan, Arizona Traditions 55+ community in Surprise AZ

Thinking about the Hermosa?

The Hermosa is a Neighborhood Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,666 square feet with a three car garage. It is plan 9026-3 on the original builder sheets, which makes it the three car version of the Willo.

Inside, the layout matches the Willo. A combined living and dining room sits at the front by the entry. The kitchen and breakfast area open to an Arizona Room at the back, which leads to the covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with a large walk-in closet and its own bath, and the second bedroom and den are along the garage side. What changes is the garage, which the builder sheet shows as a full three car garage with a storage area.

The garage is the reason to look for a Hermosa. A third bay gives you room for a golf cart, a workbench, or a second vehicle you do not want sitting in the sun. The builder also offered an extended third bay, a garage extension, and a hobby room with a study, so check what the first owner chose. Arizona Traditions is built out, so this is a resale purchase, and condition and lot position still matter more than the garage does.

Compare the Hermosa to the Willo, which is the same floor plan with a smaller garage, and the La Posada at 1,704 square feet, the other Neighborhood Series plan drawn with a three car garage.
