The La Posada is a Neighborhood Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,704 square feet with a three car garage. It is plan 9027-3 on the original builder sheets, which makes it the three car version of the Coronado.

The interior is the Coronado layout. The kitchen, with an island, and the dining area are at the back and open to a large great room and the covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with its own bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is at the front with the second bath beside it, and the den sits near the entry behind double doors. The difference is the garage, which the builder drawing labels as a three car garage.

One note on the builder sheet itself: the highlights list still reads 2 car garage, while the drawing shows three. Go by the drawing, and confirm the garage on any listing rather than trusting the plan name alone. A third bay matters if you keep a golf cart, and it is hard to add garage space after the fact. Arizona Traditions is built out, so the La Posada is a resale.
