Ocotillo Floor Plan at Arizona Traditions

Thinking about the Ocotillo?
The Ocotillo is a Neighborhood Series plan at Arizona Traditions in Surprise: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and 1,402 square feet with a 2 car garage. It is plan 9036 on the original builder sheets.
The great room is what sets this plan apart. It runs across the width of the home, and the builder sheet shows it at more than 26 feet long, which is a lot of room for a home this size. The primary bedroom is at the back next to the covered patio, and its bath is drawn with a separate tub and shower. The dining area and kitchen are along one side. The den is near the entry behind double doors, and the second bedroom is at the front of the home with the second bath close by, so this is a split plan.
A long great room gives you choices on furniture, and it also means the room can feel like a hallway if it is arranged poorly, so pay attention to how it is set up when you walk one. The builder sheet shows vaulted ceilings in the main rooms. Arizona Traditions is built out, so the Ocotillo comes to market as a resale. Lot position, updates, and the age of the roof and air conditioning all move the price, and none of that shows on a floor plan. That is what I go through with clients before they decide on a home.
The Kenilworth at 1,424 square feet is close in size but drawn as one bedroom plus a den. The Saguaro at 1,515 square feet gives you a library and a bay window at the dining area.
