Phoenician Floor Plan at Arizona Traditions

Phoenician floor plan, Arizona Traditions 55+ community in Surprise AZ

Thinking about the Phoenician?

The Phoenician is the largest plan on our Arizona Traditions list at 2,391 square feet. It is a Resort Series plan, number 9135 on the original builder sheets, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage. The builder sheet describes the bedrooms as a master suite, a guest suite, and a second bedroom.

The primary suite runs along one side of the home and is the longest room in the plan, with a bath that shows both a tub and a shower and a walk-in closet at the front. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side with the second bath between them, and the guest suite has its own walk-in closet. The great room is at the back and opens to the covered patio. The kitchen has an island and a breakfast area, and a butler's pantry connects it to a formal dining room near the entry. The builder sheet shows vaulted ceilings in the main rooms.

This is the plan for buyers who are not ready to give up space. You get three bedrooms, a formal dining room, and a butler's pantry. The other side of that is cost: more square footage to cool in the summer and more to maintain. Arizona Traditions is built out, so the Phoenician is a resale, and I would want you to see the utility history and the age of the air conditioning before you decide the size is worth it.

If you want three bedrooms in less space, look at the Tapatio at 1,933 square feet. The Sonoran at 2,268 square feet is close in size with two bedrooms and a den.
