The Sorrento is the largest Natura Collection plan I have a sheet for at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2.5 baths, and 2,259 square feet with a 2 car garage. It is plan 4096, and the Shea Homes sheet lists it as 2 to 3 bedrooms.

The primary bedroom, a breakfast nook, and the covered patio are across the back. The kitchen has an island and opens to the great room. A separate dining room sits in the middle of the home, with the den beside the entry. The second bedroom is at the front with its bath next to it. The Smart Space has a built-in desk and connects to the garage, and there is a powder room off the hall.

This is the Natura plan for buyers who want both a nook and a dining room. The powder room keeps day visitors out of the bedroom baths, and French doors on the den were an option. The sheet also lists a butler's pantry, a wine bar, a bedroom 2 suite, and a third bedroom. Trilogy at Vistancia is sold out, so the Sorrento is a resale. With this many options, two homes on the same plan can be quite different, and that is what I sort out with clients.

The Nice at 1,928 square feet is the next size down. In the Veritas Collection, the Civitas at 2,193 square feet is close in size with a courtyard.
