The Pinnacle is the largest Lennar plan at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye, at about 2,300 square feet with a two bay garage. It has a primary bedroom, a den, and a separate private suite, with 2.5 baths.

The main part of the home has a great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with an island across the back, opening to a covered patio. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with two sinks, a shower, and a walk-in closet. A den and a powder room are off the foyer. The private suite takes up the front corner. It has its own living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a full bath, a laundry closet, and a private courtyard, and it is reached from the covered entry.

The private suite is why people choose this plan. It works for a parent, an adult child, or long term guests who want their own door and their own living room. If you are buying for that reason, check the community rules on who can live in the home, since at least one resident must be 55 or older.

This plan now comes to market as a resale. Lennar no longer sells this plan new in Victory. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.

Compare it to the Summit at about 2,130 square feet is the next size down, and the Crest has a courtyard.
