The Summit is a Lennar plan at Victory at Verrado, the 55+ side of Verrado in Buckeye: 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, and about 2,130 square feet with a two bay garage.

The great room is on one side of the home and opens to a covered patio that wraps the back corner. The dining area and a kitchen with an island are beside it. The primary bedroom is at the back on the other side with two sinks, a shower, and a walk-in closet that connects toward the laundry. The den is 15 by 11 and sits off the foyer. Bedroom 2 and the second bath are at the front, behind a covered entry that wraps the corner.

The den is large enough to use as a real office or a TV room. Bedroom 2 is at the opposite end of the home from the primary bedroom, which gives guests their own space. The garage has a storage area.

This plan now comes to market as a resale. Lennar no longer sells this plan new in Victory. Victory is still building, just not this plan. The new construction now is Encore by David Weekley and Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian. If you are weighing a resale against building new, call me before you visit a sales office, because builders want your agent registered on that first visit.

Compare it to the Spire at about 2,095 square feet has a golf cart garage, and the Pinnacle has a private suite.
