The Madera is plan 2020 at Westbrook Village in Peoria: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,439 square feet with a 2 car garage.

A family room about 21 feet long is at the back and opens to a covered patio. The kitchen is set on an angle beside it, with a nook, a desk, and a pantry. The primary bedroom is at the back corner with an oval tub, two sinks, a separate toilet room, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is at the front with the second bath beside it. The entry is through an angled covered porch, and the utility room is inside by the garage.

There is one living area and no formal dining room, so the nook is where the table goes. For many buyers that is how they live anyway. The sheet labels Bedroom 2 as an optional dual master suite and shows an optional fireplace and entertainment center in the family room. A 2 foot garage extension was also offered. Every Madera is a resale.

The Paloma at about 1,351 square feet is the smaller plan in this series. The Celeste at about 1,534 square feet adds a separate dining area.
