The Malibu was built in three versions at Westbrook Village in Peoria. The 680 and the 685-3 have 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 baths. The 685-2 has two primary suites and a powder room. Published sizes are about 2,231 square feet for the 680 and about 2,307 for the 685 versions, all with a 2 car garage.

All three have a formal living and dining room at the front and a kitchen with an island, a breakfast nook, and a second living area across the back. The sheets call that back room a family room on the 680 and an Arizona room on the 685. The primary bedroom is at the back with a tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. On the 680 and 685-3, a second bedroom, a hall bath, and a den with double doors are at the front. On the 685-2, the front becomes a second suite with its own tub, shower, and walk-in closet.

None of my three Malibu sheets has the name printed on it. I matched them to their file names, so confirm the version against the home itself. The 685-2 sheet shows an optional third garage bay. The den on the 685-3 is about 16 by 11, large enough for a real office or a guest room. Every Malibu is a resale.

The Broadmoor is the 3 car version of the 685-2. The Santa Barbara at about 2,147 square feet is a 2 bedroom plan of similar size.
