The Martinique is plan 104 at Westbrook Village in Peoria: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,495 square feet with a 2 car garage.

The living room and dining room run along one side of the home, and the living room opens to a covered patio at the back. The primary bedroom, labeled the Owners' Retreat, is at the back corner with two sinks, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is toward the front with a nook and a door to the utility room. Bedroom 2 is at the front on the other side with the second bath beside it.

This is the largest of the four island named plans. The dining room is about 15 by 11, which holds a full table. The kitchen sits at the front, so the back of the home is all living space and bedroom. The sheet shows an optional fireplace in the corner of the living room. The primary bath has a shower and no tub. Every Martinique is a resale.

The St Thomas at about 1,448 square feet is the next size down. The Barbados at about 1,363 square feet is smaller still.
