The Open is a condominium plan at Westbrook Village in Peoria with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. My sheet does not print a square footage, so confirm the size on the county record.

The entry opens to the living room, with the kitchen and a nook to one side. A patio or balcony runs across the front of the living room and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bath with two sinks, a shower, and a separate toilet room. Bedroom 2 is in the center and is drawn with optional double doors to the living room. The second bath, a washer and dryer closet, and a storage closet off the patio complete the plan.

The double doors on Bedroom 2 let it work as a den that opens to the living room. That is useful, and you should see in person how much daylight that room gets. As with The Classic, ask which floor the unit is on, what parking is included, and what the sub-association fee covers. I get those numbers before we write an offer.
