Thinking about the Oakmont?

The Oakmont is plan 1 at Westbrook Village in Peoria: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 1,211 square feet. The builder sheet draws a single garage with an optional double garage.

The living room is in the center and opens to a covered patio. The dining area and kitchen are beside it at the back. The primary bedroom is at the back on the other side with a dressing area, a walk-in closet, and a shower. Bedroom 2 is at the front with the second bath in the hall. The washer and dryer are drawn at the back of the garage.

Two things to confirm. First, whether the home has the single or the double garage. Second, the size. My sheet has the square footage printed at the edge and partly cut off, and it reads 1,211, while an outside list says 1,202. I use the sheet and then check the county record. Laundry is in the garage. Every Oakmont is a resale.

The Ironwood at about 1,291 square feet has the same garage arrangement. The Santa Maria at about 909 square feet is smaller.
