Most Sun City Grand homes for sale are relatively new as the community first sprouted up in 1996 and the most recently constructed homes were built in 2005. Available Homes for sale in Sun City Grand come in a variety of styles and sizes. You will find large single-family homes, more moderately priced homes as well as condos and town homes to choose from. That means you'll be able to take your pick of modern amenities, open floor plans and luxurious finishes.

Sun City Grand is especially known for it's 4 golf courses which are all open to the public.
